Maker's Sour

INGREDIENTS:

60ml Markers Mark Bourbon

30ml simple syrup

15ml lemon juice

Cherry and lemon peel for garnish

METHOD:

  1. Add Maker’s Mark, lemon juice and simple syrup to an ice-filled shaker

  2. give it a good shake 

  3. Strain into a rocks glass over ice

  4. Garnish with a lemon peel and a cherry
