Spanish Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

  • 60ml London dry gin
  • 120ml tonic water
  • Garnish: juniper berries
  • Garnish: lemon wheel
  • Garnish thyme

METHOD:

  • Pour gin into a wine glass filled 3/4 full with ice
  • Top with tonic water
  • Garnish with juniper berries, lemon wheel and thyme sprig

Grapefruit & Pink Peppercorn

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30ml grapefruit juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
  • 30ml simple syrup
  • 40ml gin
  • Tonic water
  • Handful of pink peppercorns

METHOD:

  • Fill glass with ice and add all ingredients
  • Stir gently
  • Garnish with a slice of grapefruit

Pink Rose Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

  • Juice of half lemon
  • 30ml simple syrup infused with 1 tsp rosewater
  • 40ml gin
  • 100ml tonic water
  • Rose petals to garnish

METHOD:

  • Add simple syrup to shaker
  • Add rest of ingredients and shake
  • Pour over glass filled ice and garnish with fresh rose petals and slice of lemon

Rosé Spritz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml Martini rosato vermouth
  • 100ml tonic water (or elderflower tonic)
  • 2 x Fresh orange wedges

METHOD:

  • Gently squeeze fresh orange wedge into a glass then drop it in
  • Add gin and vermouth and swirl the glass to infuse the flavours
  • Top with ice and tonic water
  • Gently stir and garnish with a fresh orange wedge

Pink & Tonic

INGREDIENTS:

  • 50ml Beefeater pink
  • 150ml tonic water
  • Fresh halved strawberries

METHOD:

  • Build ingredients in glass over cubed ice and gently stir to combine
